## Cancellation Policy
{{NAME}} understands dealers may need to cancel an employee/s training enrolment. Managers can cancel an employee&rsquo;s enrolment by un-enrolling on the Training Resource Centre (TRC), or email at <{{EMAIL}}>

For cancellations on or before 21 days of the course start date, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations inside 21 days, we are unable to offer a refund however we do allow substitution into the same course by another staff member from your dealership at no additional cost. Please email <{{EMAIL}}> to notify us of any substitutions.
