NSD have been working with a multi international Software Company to develop the Technical Support System, a system that will enable Dealers via a simple VIN and keyword search to interrogate multiple areas of the business. This will return a simple user interface information relating to your keyword search and the service & warranty life of your guests’ vehicle. This is the Technical Support System.

To assist dealer service staff, an information page has been made on the TRC within the Service Department. This will become a useful location for additional information and training on how to use the TSS.
