[Forked](https://github.com/ZJONSSON/node-unzipper/pull/356) the original `unzipper` package and fixed some issues:

* Refactored the code from CommonJS (`require()`) to ESM (`import`).
  * The legacy CommonJS exports are still available.
* Added TypeScript definitions by copy-pasting them from `DefinitelyTyped`.
* Replaced package `duplexer2` with a copy of `duplexer3`.
* Replaced package `bluebird` with a combination of native `Promise`s and a copy of `p-map`.
* Removed package `fs-extra`.
* Removed unnecessary use of `__dirname` variable in tests.
* Replaced dynamic `require("@aws-sdk/client-s3")` with optionally-preset `global.GetObjectCommand` and `global.HeadObjectCommand` variables.
  * This fixes the long-present [bug](https://github.com/ZJONSSON/node-unzipper/issues/330) when bundlers can't bundle an app that uses `unzipper` package because of that dynamic `require()` statement.
