# WiCOP Setup

1. Open [WiCOP](https://wicop.wistron.com/), sign in with Microsoft, then open
**Application Forms > New Account Combo Flow > Start**.
2. Select **New Account Combo**. Set **Purpose** to `Initialization of a new
application.` and select **OK**.
3. On **IBU Apply**, select **K8S**, **Satellite Cloud**, **WCZ** cloud site,
and **WCZ** plant. Ask the user for the **Application Name**, **Cost
Center**, and whether to create **QAS**, **PRD**, or both.
4. Set **Service(System) Alias Name** to the uppercase application name with
spaces removed. If no application name is supplied in context, use the
uppercase `package.json` `name` with spaces removed.
5. For each selected environment, choose its cluster and enter a zero budget:
   - QAS: `wcz-sat-qas-01`, `0`
   - PRD: `wcz-sat-prd-01`, `0`
6. Set **Charge Type** to **By Fixed Amount (per IBU)**. Leave prefilled and
unneeded fields unchanged, then select **Next >**.
7. On **IBG Apply**, verify the inherited read-only values and select
   **Next >**.
8. On **Project Apply**, set **Memory (GB)** to `2` for each selected
environment; leave other fields unchanged. Ask before selecting **Next >**.
9. On **Team Apply**, ask for the GitLab team manager and members. Use
**Copy & Paste Now** for all other teams. Create a JSM team and select its
license-charge agreement when requested, then copy the GitLab team to it.
10. On **Review & Confirm**, present the summary to the user, then select
**Submit** after their confirmation. In the dialog, accept the CCoE Policy
    and select **Confirm**.

If **Next >** does not advance, wait briefly and retry once.

Do not submit the final request without the user's confirmation. WiCOP sends
the application to the manager, owner, and owner division head for approval.
